GOQUO EXPANDS HOTEL INVENTORY, SIGNS LEADING CRM
SOLUTION PROVIDER
Online technology
and dynamic packaging specialist GoQuo (www.goquo.com)
has significantly expanded its hotel inventory, and therefore
agent choice, following integration with two leading online
hotel specialists, JACOB Online and HotelConnect.
Part of the JAC Travel Group, JACOB Online (www.jacobonline.com)
enables agents to book with over 3,000 net rate hotels at 460
locations in over 48 countries in Asia, North America, Europe
and the Baltic states. Hotel partners provide JACOB with an
extensive inventory of 2* to 5* hotels, which include JACOB’s
specialism in exclusive and boutique hotels for discerning
independent travellers.
Through its trade-dedicated service, HotelConnect (www.hotelconnect.co.uk)
offers 3,000 hotels at discounted rates in more than 200
destinations in Europe, North America, Europe, the Middle East
and the Far East. By contracting directly with hotel owners and
groups, HotelConnect negotiates excellent prices and
availability with 2 to 5 star properties to suit all budgets,
whether traditional, modern, boutique, self-catering or
business. A feature of HotelConnect’s service is that all
partner hotels are personally inspected, and its complaints
ratio of 0.4% is the lowest in the industry.
TRAMS Agreement
GoQuo has also signed a partnership agreement with Sabre-owned
back-office automation and CRM specialist TRAMS Inc (uksales@trams.com).
Agency subscribers to TRAMS’ advanced ClientBase CRM solution,
one of the most popular customer relationship management tools
for agents in the USA, can now link seamlessly to GoQuo’s system
and dynamically package flights, hotels, car rental, insurance
and tours from GoQuo’s extensive inventory.
Using the Live Connect facility, booking information is then
automatically integrated into agents’ ClientBase records to
update client profiles, travel history and the like, enabling
agents to improve their client service and sales opportunity by
offering travel options more closely aligned to client
preferences.
